Welcome to Branding Dominator! We are excited to offer our premium Public Relations (PR) services to you. Before you proceed with using our services, please read and understand the following Terms and Conditions carefully. By using our website and services, you agree to abide by these terms.   1. Premium PR Service:

    • For Premium PR services, we guarantee either a 100% refund or publication in a similar priced publication. In case we fail to secure publication in a publication of similar value, you will be eligible for a full refund of the amount paid for the PR service.
    • The views and content expressed in the articles and Press Releases handled by Branding Dominator are those of the authors and the organizations from which they come to us.
    • No Press Release or Article represents or reflects the views of this organization or any publishing house to which we send the PR.
    • The author of the articles and PR is writing in his/her personal capacity. They are not intended and should not be thought to represent official ideas, attitudes, or policies of any agency or institution, including Branding Dominator.

  2. Client’s Legal Responsibility:

    • As a client, you own full legal responsibility for the content provided for the PR service. You agree that all information and materials submitted to us for publication are accurate, truthful, and comply with all applicable laws and regulations. You indemnify Branding Dominator against any legal action, damages, or claims arising from the content provided by you.

  3. Approval and Changes:

    • Once the PR draft is submitted to you for approval, you are required to review the content promptly. If you approve the draft, you agree that no further changes can be made to the PR after approval.
    • If you wish to make changes to the PR draft, you must communicate the requested changes to Branding Dominator within a reasonable timeframe before granting approval.
    • Branding Dominator reserves the right to reject any changes that are deemed inappropriate, misleading, or in violation of our policies or applicable laws.

  4. Publication Editing, Rejection, and Delay:

    • Publications that publish your PR may have their own editorial policies. They reserve the right to edit your PR for style, clarity, and grammar, and to comply with their guidelines.
    • Publications also reserve the right to reject the publication of a submitted PR at their discretion. Branding Dominator cannot be held liable for any business losses or damages resulting from such rejection.
    • Publications may delay the publication of an article for various reasons, including editorial scheduling. Branding Dominator shall not be liable for any business or other loss arising from such delays.
    • Once the PR has been published, Branding Dominator cannot be held responsible for any changes or deletions made by the publication.

  5. Payment:

    • The payment for our PR services shall be as agreed upon during the initial engagement process.
    • All payments are non-refundable except as explicitly stated under the Premium PR Service clause (Section 1.1).

  6. Limitation of Liability:

    • Branding Dominator shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of our PR services.
    • Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the PR service in question.

  7. Governing Law:

    • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India/Haryana/Gurgaon (Gurugram).

  8. Modifications:

    • Branding Dominator reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any updates.
